Welcome to St Andrew's Church
Hello and welcome to the St Andrew's, Bishopthorpe website.
We do hope that you can find all the information that you need as you browse this site, but if not, please contact us using this page. A warm welcome awaits you if you would like to join us for Sunday worship, but as you will soon see, there are plenty of other things going on during the week that you might like to find out more about as well. Sundays too have a variety of flavours - with different services aimed primarily at different groups in our community - though most people turn up weekly and enjoy the variety. We are all learning about Christian faith together - from those who are just dipping a toe in the water to try and discover what they think about becoming a follower of Jesus to those who have been his followers for many years. Do ask us about our faith - none of us has got everything sussed - but we've all got something to tell of encountering God and discovering his love for us.
