Housegroups
After 8's Housegroup meets after 8pm (!) on the third Thursday of every month at one of the member's houses. Contact the Parish office to find out where we're meeting next.
A new housegroup has started in 2021, meeting once a month on a rolling programme of days to allow to anyone who wants to to attend.

Quench Cafe
Quench Cafe will be open 9 am to 12 noon every Thursday at the Methodist Church Hall. Here you can have a chat over a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy a delicious assortment of biscuits and home made cakes, and it is all free! Everyone is welcome, both young and old. There is a play corner and crafts for young children and a quiet place if you would like to make use of it.
Quench supports Fairtrade and any donations are given to a different charity each month. For more information, requests for lifts or offers of help, please contact the church office.

Choir and Music Groups
As always we will welcome instrumentalists to join our group; string, woodwind or brass players. Instrumental parts can be tailored to your playing level if necessary, but it is your enthusiasm and willingness to have a go that is important. Don’t be shy, come and join us, it is good experience and we have fun!
The Music Group rehearse before the services on 1st and 3rd Sundays from 9 30am.
It is important for our worship to get a good lead in the responses, hymns and Worship songs, Do consider joining us, all singers will be made very welcome, though we need Soprano and bass voices especially as we still lack a balanced choir.
The Choir rehearse on Fridays from 7pm and with the music group before the Sunday morning services on the 1st and 3rd Sundays

We are always pleased welcome new members in all voices to sing with us. We rehearse on an occasional basis on Fridays at 7.00pm in St Andrew’s Church.
