St. Andrew’s Church – Fundraising Event St Crux, Pavement I would like to advise everyone of the forthcoming big fund raising event at St Crux on Saturday 16th September 2017 in aid of St. Andrew’s Church Funds. This is a very important event as we seek to raise funds for the work of the Church outside the village arena. We are appealing for help in 3 key areas :- · For people to provide certain provisions for the day. · For people to help bake cakes to sell on the day. · And last but by no means least - to actually help at St Crux on the day. If anyone feels they can help with any of these requests – there are lists on the red easel at the back of St. Andrew’s Church - please put your name down – or please see Martin or Sally Sutton after the service. Many Thanks. Martin Sutton. St Andrew’s is looking for more volunteers in the following areas: Coffee rota Readings Intercessions Can you help approximately once every 3 -4 months? Please add your name to the sign up sheet at the back of church if you can help in any way. Thank you. Open Meeting Monday 4th September 7.30pm All are invited to an open meeting at St Andrew’s Church, chaired by the Archdeacon, to discuss the future of the historic font cover.
